Antoine Johnson founded The Johnson Training and Organization Development (JTOD) Group, LLC with the idea of taking all the best practices and lessons learned working in large organizations that are leaders in their respective fields in Aerospace, Consumer-Packaged Goods, Logistics, and Public Transportation, and using those lessons to develop and support small to midsize Companies, Nonprofits, and social change organizations.
